Start with yourself

What kind of question
keeps you up?

There is no “right profile”. The aim is to surface patterns, trade-offs and possibilities worth testing in the real world.

Question 1 of 50
Your emerging path

More than a result.
A conversation starter.

The hybrid question

Same ingredients.
Very different degrees.

PPE, PPL, Law with Politics and Economics with Politics can sound interchangeable. They are not. Use this lens before falling for a course title.

PPE

Three lenses

Ideas, power and markets. The decisive question is how much maths/economics is compulsory and when you can specialise.

Look for: economics depth + freedom
PPL

A law spine

Law alongside politics and philosophy. Check whether it is an LLB, how much law remains compulsory, and what qualification route it supports.

Look for: legal core + genuine breadth
ECON + POL

Systems in practice

Usually the most quantitative public-world hybrid. The key distinction is economics/econometrics depth versus political options.

Look for: maths load + policy relevance
POL + PHIL

Ideas & institutions

Less mathematical, more conceptual. Check whether its politics is applied/public-policy-led or mainly political theory.

Look for: theory + real-world connection

Trust, not theatre

How UniPath
earns your trust.

01

Explore, don’t diagnose

The question tool maps interests, learning preferences and trade-offs. It does not label anyone or prescribe a future.

02

Match transparently

Every route is explained: what answers pulled it forward, what course features match, and what might be a mismatch.

03

Use primary sources

University course pages are the source of truth. UCAS supports discovery and cross-checking; no invented admissions facts.

04

Show what is fresh

Requirements, fees, tests and contacts change. Records carry a source status and anything not verified for the active cycle says so plainly.

Current data: 44 initial courses across Economics, Finance, Business & Management, Law, PPE, PPL, Politics/IR, Philosophy and Political Economy; 18 universities; official course-page links; 52 exploration prompts. Read the data contract ↗
